Shipping and Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of the 'Mo & Mel' online store. By placing an online order, you agree to and are bound by these terms.
New Zealand Shipping Costs and Delivery
- For orders to New Zealand addresses, the costs are outlined as follows:
- Standard Shipping (non rural) from $7
- Standard Shipping (rural) from $11
- Free shipping on orders over $100
- The delivery time for all New Zealand orders is approximately 1 to 4 working days. This does not include any time for processing your order.
- We use a local courier service for all our deliveries. This is a signature required service. When you place your order, please supply a physical address (no PO Boxes) such as a workplace or a residence, where there will be someone present to sign for your item. Deliveries will take place Monday to Friday.
- Once our designated courier service has picked up your order, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can track the journey of your order via the courier companies website.
- If the courier company attempt to deliver your parcel but you are not home, they will leave a card to call. Your parcel will be returned to their depot for up to 7 days for collection. You may book a redelivery or redirect your parcel to an alternative address on their website free of charge. 'Mo & Mel' take no responsibility for attempted deliveries. If your parcel is returned to us after the collection period lapses, a redelivery fee will be charged - please note that this does not qualify for a refund.
- All prices shown are in NZD. All transactions will be billed in NZD.
- Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds for item(s) purchased online due to change of mind. In the unlikelihood that an item(s) is sent incorrectly, we do offer an exchange or refund. For faulty item(s), the fault will be assessed by the 'Mo & Mel' team and then either repaired, replaced or refunded. If you’d like to discuss an incorrect or faulty item(s), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days of receiving your order along with a photo of the fault.
- Sale or marked down items are not refundable.
- Our online team operates during the weekend and after the normal work hours (5.30pm) so please bare with us until we get back to you or process your order.
